While traveling throughout the Spanish countryside, the owners of MCP fell in love with the upscale, European take on the bodega; or specialty market and wine bar. This wine and food pairing program seeks to recreate this vision with an eye on various wine growing regions and the products they create. When clients choose this program, they will be asked to select one of the following concepts -

Italy
France
Spain
USA

The team of wine and food specialists at MCP will then prepare a five wine tasting and appetizer pairing that transports your guests to their region of choice. Our professional and passionate staff will walk guests through the specifics of regional grapes, wine producers and characteristics of the pairing.

2 hrs without dinner - $125 per person plus 20% gratuity
3 hrs with dinner - $225 per person plus 20% gratuity
(15 guest minimum)

BEVERAGE PAIRING -
wine pairing - One wine paired with each of your three courses. Guests choose a region they would like to discover, our team pairs an appropriate glass for each course. Each guest receives a booklet describing the region, winemakers, grapes and vintage. Available with or without live instruction. (10 guest minimum)
Pairing Only - $55 per guest
Wine Expert Instruction - $300

beer pairing - One beer paired with each course. Please consult our staff regarding menu selection for a beer pairing. We will custom create cuisine that compliments three distinctly different microbrews. Available with or without live instruction. (10 guest minimum)
Pairing Only - $48 per guest
Expert Brew Instruction - $300

mixology pairing - One cocktail paired with each course. Guests choose a menu and our mixologist will invent three drinks that enrich the flavors of your meal. Available with or without live instruction. (15 guest minimum)
