My Cooking Party offers two beautiful front-of-house commercial kitchens for rent with a full dining room in Midtown, NYC. We are the perfect full-service studio location for your next food related social media campaign, product launch, Food TV & Film Shoot or Interactive Food Activation Event. Studio space includes all equipment, tables, chairs, glassware and linen. Clients also have the option to purchase staffing services including waiters, dishwashers and chef assistants. Should you simply need a studio space for a daytime photo shoot rather than an event please contact us for reduced rates. 9TH FLOOR KITCHEN AND EVENT SPACE

29TH STREET BETWEEN 6TH AND 7TH AVE.

Our 9th Floor Loft is a mix of bright and warm with butcher block countertops, soaring ceilings, fun lighting fixtures and brown wood flooring. Unique art pieces and custom built in cabinetry on the back wall focal point give the space a touch of whimsy without ever distracting from the main event. The loft is 4000 square feet and has two private bathrooms.

Our fully-functional commercial kitchen gleams with stainless steel worktables and boasts a wide range of culinary equipment, including induction cooktops and ovens, deep fryers, food processors, and much more. Rentals include the use of all linens and serving and cookware.

Our dining area seats 65-100 guests depending on the party layout, and can comfortably accommodate 125 people for a standing-only event.

Centrally located near the N/R/W and F/M & 1 train lines, the 9th Floor Loft is easy to reach and close to several New York City landmarks, including Madison Square Park, the Flatiron Building, MSG and the Empire State Building.

10TH FLOOR KITCHEN AND EVENT SPACE

Our Chelsea Kitchen incorporates bright, airy colors and accents to create a chic loft space reminiscent of a charming French bistro. The space is 4000 square feet and has two private bathrooms.

The commercial kitchen space is outfitted with five induction cooktops, four stoves, stainless steel worktables, and all essential culinary equipment for rental use. Rentals include the use of all linens and serving and cookware.

Our dining area seats up to 60 guests and we can host up to 75 for a standing-only event.

Blocks away from Penn Station (the A/C/E and 1/2/3 subway lines) and Herald Square (the B/D/F/M and N/Q/R/W lines), our Chelsea Kitchen is in prime Midtown and boasts a view of the iconic Empire State Building. Whole Foods, Maison Kayser, and other food markets are all nearby for your rental food needs.

*Tax and 20% Admin Fee Applies to All Rentals
*Overtime may be added to the beginning of the AM rental, or to the beginning or end of the Full Day rental. If booking ½ day, you won’t be able to schedule your event from 3PM-5PM, and all load out must be complete by 11PM.

Rentals include all non-consumables such as serving-ware, cookware, tables, chairs, table linens, glassware, kitchen equipment, etc… Additional services such as catering, shopping services & set-up and staff services are available for an additional fee. All Rentals subject to $500 cleaning fee. If utilizing the kitchen, you must hire 1 MCP dishwasher for every 20 people present at a rate of $40 per hour with a five-hour minimum, and 1 staff chef to help your own chef locate items at a rate of $75 per hour with a 5 hour minimum. Certificate of Insurance listing My Cooking Party as additionally insured is required. My Cooking Party holds a Beer and Wine License. If you wish to serve wine or beer, you may purchase it from MCP and must hire one server/bartender for every 15 guests present at a rate of $75 per hour for the first server, and $50 per hour for each additional server, all staff subject to 5 hour minimums.

REQUIREMENTS

If Commercial Kitchen Rental NYC is right for you, we'll require the following before you can rent our kitchen space:

1. NYC Food Handlers Certificate. Should you not have this certificate, MCP staff member can be on site for the duration of the rental at an additional cost of $50 per hour

2. Proof of liability insurance with LMBM Properties (CKRNYC parent company) listed as additional insured

3. A refundable deposit for incidentals

4. A signed copy of our user agreement

EVENT SPACE RENTAL - NO KITCHEN

PRICING & HOURS

Clients may select any ten hour time block between the hours of 7AM-11PM.
The cost of renting the venue for events is $3,500.00
The cost of renting the venue for photo shoots is $2,800.00
Onsite venue manager - $25 per hour
Cleaning fee - $250
Daily Event Insurance - Varies
