Clients also have the option to purchase staffing services including waiters, dishwashers, and chef assistants. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

My Cooking Party's back of house commercial kitchen and front of house team are fully staffed to prepare, cater & serve the food from your cooking demo. Please see below for a list of prices and offerings:

Staff Services - subject to 5 hour minimums / number of employees required is based on headcount and service style.
Chefs - $50 per hour (5 hours minimum)
Maitre D' (required to oversee any wait staff) - $50 per hour (5 hours minimum)
Waiters - $35 per hour (5 hours minimum)
Dishwashers - $30 per hour (5 hours minimum)

Food & Beverages
Non-Perishable Pantry - $7 per person (list attached)
Water, Sparkling Water & Soda Service - $6 per person
Self-Serve Coffee & Tea Station - $4 per person

Back-of House Catering Services
Shopping Services (food) - TBA depending on menu, headcount & scope of work
Catering Prep Work (non-mcp recipes) - TBA depending on menu, headcount & scope of work

EQUIPMENT

The kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances and everything you need to cook and bake. Equipment includes:

6 burner gas range
Conventional oven
Prep and hand sinks
Commercial refrigerators
Rolling storage racks
Stainless steel tables
Pots and pans
Tableware, flatware, knives and stemware
Kitchen aid mixer, blender and food processor

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN RENTAL

REQUIREMENTS

If Commercial Kitchen Rental NYC is right for you, we'll require the following before you can rent our kitchen space:

1. NYC Food Handlers Certificate. Should you not have this certificate, MCP staff member can be on site for the duration of the rental at an additional cost of $50 per hour

2. Proof of liability insurance with LMBM Properties (CKRNYC parent company) listed as additional insured

3. A refundable deposit for incidentals

4. A signed copy of our user agreement

EVENT SPACE RENTAL - NO KITCHEN

PRICING & HOURS

Clients may select any ten hour time block between the hours of 7AM-11PM.
The cost of renting the venue for events is $3,500.00
The cost of renting the venue for photo shoots is $2,800.00
Onsite venue manager - $25 per hour
Cleaning fee - $250
Daily Event Insurance - Varies
