BEVERAGE PAIRING - wine pairing - One wine paired with each of your three courses. Guests choose a region they would like to discover, our team pairs an appropriate glass for each course. Each guest receives a booklet describing the region, winemakers, grapes and vintage. Available with or without live instruction. (10 guest minimum)

Wine Expert Instruction - $300
beer pairing - One beer paired with each course. Please consult our staff regarding menu selection for a beer pairing. We will custom create cuisine that compliments three distinctly different microbrews. Available with or without live instruction. (10 guest minimum)
