I Cheer, You Cheer, We all Cheer for Great Beer! The brewery takes participants on an informative adventure though the brewing process and stories behind the interesting people who fall for hops.

Our program boasts exceptional, hard-to-find microbrews. From sharp and spicy to sweet and smooth, appetizer pairings with this 5 tasting adventure include light and fluffy cheeses & hearty BBQ!

2 hrs without dinner - $115 per person plus 20% gratuity
3 hrs with dinner - $215 per person plus 20% gratuity

BEVERAGE PAIRING -
wine pairing - One wine paired with each of your three courses. Guests choose a region they would like to discover, our team pairs an appropriate glass for each course. Each guest receives a booklet describing the region, winemakers, grapes and vintage. Available with or without live instruction. (10 guest minimum)
Pairing Only - $55 per guest
Wine Expert Instruction - $300

beer pairing - One beer paired with each course. Please consult our staff regarding menu selection for a beer pairing. We will custom create cuisine that compliments three distinctly different microbrews. Available with or without live instruction. (10 guest minimum)
Pairing Only - $48 per guest
Expert Brew Instruction - $300

mixology pairing - One cocktail paired with each course. Guests choose a menu and our mixologist will invent three drinks that enrich the flavors of your meal. Available with or without live instruction. (15 guest minimum)
